EFJJA HOME BOXING WORKOUT
We have designed a special Home Boxing workout for all of our members. This workout can be as easy or challenging as you want and is great for home use. All you need is a pair of boxing gloves and a heavy bag.
This workout will be extra beneficial during this current COVID-19 Quarantine while our gym is shutdown. We can't wait to re-open and see all of you soon!
