Muay Thai Classes (limited to 40 registrants)
We are so excited to announce the formation of our new Muay Thai program. We have been fortunate to have Kru Rob Farr move to our area and become a part of our academy.
In Muay Thai tradition, Kru is an instructor title that brings along a great deal of respect and requires a very high level of training and expertise.
We are designing these classes to be effective for individuals of all skill levels and plan on building things across time in a progressive and effective way. Safety is paramount and we understand the necessity to keep everyone healthy. Do not be nervous to try a class. It is for everyone.
Classes will take place on Tuesday's at 5:30pm and Saturday's at 9:30am.
The first inaugural class will commence on October 24th. We are limiting membership to 30 people and offering the chance for our members to purchase one year of Muay Thai classes for only $299 or $59 per month. We realize you already invest so much into Jiu Jitsu we wanted to make it affordable.
